Please read the following terms carefully before using our services
- 01. Subscriber Identification
The subscriber must provide accurate and valid documents and information to verify identity, legal status, and business capacity. PowerNet reserves the right to verify the submitted information. Any false or misleading information, including on the subscription form, may result in temporary disconnection, suspension, or permanent termination of services. Any change in the previously submitted information must be promptly communicated to PoweNet. Failure to do so may lead to service disruption at PowerNet discretion.
- 02. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any information exchanged between them. Such information shall not be disclosed.
- 03. Service Delivery & Support
PowerNet is committed to providing services within the agreed timeframe. In the event of any delay, PowerNet will notify the subscriber as soon as reasonably possible and will take necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.
